3. Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 12–24 hours after confirmation.
• You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

• Major cities: 2–4 working days
• Other areas: 4–7 working days
• Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer Cash on Delivery and bank payment across Pakistan.
• Please ensure someone is available at your address to receive and pay for the order.

7. Undeliverable Packages
