• By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate personal and delivery details.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (where required).
• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
• For prepaid orders, payments can be made via bank transfer or other available methods at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 on all orders.
• Delivery time:
  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days
  • Other Areas: 4–7 working days
• Delays due to courier issues, weather, or public holidays are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Products may be returned within 7 days only if they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Returns are accepted only in cases of:
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged/expired product on arrival
  • Manufacturing defect
